Individual and Couples Therapy for Adults
You've followed the script—the expectations around success, relationships, belief systems, and who you're "supposed" to be. On paper, you might have it all figured out. You might even have a deep, intellectual understanding of your own patterns. But underneath the performance or behind the analysis, something feels disconnected.
Maybe you're realizing that traditional relationship structures don't fit, that the faith you inherited no longer serves you, or that you're exhausted from managing everyone else's expectations. Knowing why you feel this way isn't bringing relief anymore—you want to actually feel free, aligned, and fully inhabited in your own body.
Therapy with me is a space for curiosity, somatic reconnection, and reconstruction. I work with high-functioning, analytical adults ready to drop the mask, deconstruct inherited norms, and move out of their heads into authentic living. My own intentional journey away from religion, traditional relationship structures, and societal scripts deeply informs my practice.
I am passionate about supporting:
Those deconstructing religion, processing purity culture, religious trauma, and spiritual transitions.
People moving past cognitive loops to embody their truth with somatic awareness.
Being curious about who you really are. Not who you’ve been told to be.
My Approach
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, somatic counseling, creative visual mapping, and narrative therapy. Through an existential and systems lens, we examine what it truly means to live authentically—helping your protective, analytical mind step back so your whole self can safely show up.
